*Our boutique spa is an area of relaxation, please silence your cell phone upon arrival. Please refrain from talking on your cell phone during your visit.
*Children 12 and under, are welcome ONLY when they have a scheduled appointment, however, we cannot accomodate children during your appointment.
*24 hour notice of cancellation is required or a fee up to the amount of your scheduled appointment will be charged. Evening appointments are highly requested and we ask that you notify us as soon as possible to make changes to evening appointments, no less than 24 hours.
*All "no call / no show" appointments will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the missed appointment. The missed appointment fee must be paid before any other appointments can be scheduled. All gift certificates associated with a "no call / no show" appointment, will be forfeited.
*Most service providers accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Any returned checks will be charged an additional $30 return check fee. Returned checks not taken care of within 72 hours of notification will be turned over to the Dublin Police.
*All services are performed by trained, certified service professionals.
*Gift certificates purchased cannot be redeemed for products, used to purchase other gift certificates or redeemable with coupons. Gift certificates associated with a "no call / no show" appointment will be forfeited.
*Expired deal vouchers cannot be used to purchase products or used with any other offer. Limit one expired deal voucher redemption per service. Expired deal vouchers must be redeemed with the service provider who sold the original voucher.
*Gift certificates and spa packages are non-refundable.
